29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the working space did not permit at least a 90-degree opening of equipment doors or hinged panels: On or about August 15, 2018, electrical panels in areas listed below did not have doors that would open to at least 90 degrees, exposing maintenance employees to electrical shock hazards as the clear work space was reduced while performing voltage testing/troubleshooting: a) Potato Peeling Line, 480v panel, in front of potato conveyor. b) Corn Kitchen, Corn Chip Seasoner, 480v panel across from Fastback accumulater machine. There is no abatement documentation or certification required for this item.
