29 CFR 1910.217(e)(1)(ii)(A): Inspections and tests of each press on a weekly basis were not being completed to determine the condition of the clutch/ brake mechanism, anti repeat feature and single stroke mechanism. a) On or about August 1, 2018, weekly tests and inspections and tests of each press did not determine the condition of the anti-repeat feature and single stroke mechanism. The daily inspections conducted by the employer only captured the clutch and brake. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
