OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to a blast and fragmentation hazard during an outdoors fireworks display: On or about July 4, 2018, at the 9200 Block on the beach of Surfside FL, crew members were exposed to a blast and fragmentation hazards while re-lighting fuses on mortar shells.
