29 CFR 1910.1018(p)(2)(i): The employer did not post signs demarcating regulated areas bearing the legend: DANGER INORGANIC ARSENIC MAY CAUSE CANCER DO NOT EAT, DRINK OR SMOKE WEAR RESPIRATORY PROTECTION IN THIS AREA AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY National Guard, indoor firing range - The employer did not post warning signs in the work areas of sand blasting where employee's exposure to arsenic was at a level of 59 micrograms per cubic meter averaged over an eight hour time period; which is 5.9 times the permissible exposure limit (PEL).
