29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical and fire hazards while employees are using flex cords for break room appliances. This was most recently documented at the jobsite located at 3801 S Oliver St. in Wichita Kansas. The employer is using extension cords in lieu of fixed wiring, through circular holes in cabinets and metal cabinets, not limited to the following areas: a) Building 2-297F, Hammer house area, Dept. 3231. b) Building 2-297F, Fab Crib area, 322A Shop. c) Building 2-297F, E-1 d) Building 3-187S e) Building 1-198D A-2
