29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, and receptacles located within 8 feet of the floor had live parts exposed to employee contact: a) Main Shop Storage Room: On or about August 30, 2017, and at times prior, workers were exposed to electrical hazards while working near a standard outlet with half of the faceplate missing and metal banding leaning against the outlet box. b) Main Shop: On or about August 30, 2017, and at times prior, workers were exposed to electrical hazards while working near six or more wall-mounted, 220v outlet boxes with faceplates that did not effectively cover the opening and protect workers from contacting live electrical conductors.
