29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure: Koch Foods of Gainesville, LLC - The company nurse was exposed to blood and/or body fluids while performing duties such as but not limited to, first aid from lacerations and injecting flu vaccines. The hepatitis B vaccine was not offered to include the nurse, on or about 8/2/17.
