29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program including the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) 820 Petersburg Road, Carlisle, PA - The employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program with respect to hazardous chemical such as but not limited to, REMA Tip Top Universal Mounting Paste (polymers and rust inhibitors), John Deere TY 6350 Multi-Purpose Spray Lubricant (xylene, Stoddard solvent) and John Deere Premium Ether Starting Fluid RE556468 (diethyl ether), on or about, July 10, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
