29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about 6/15/2017 at 728 Industrial Drive, Sandersville, GA: The employer failed to conduct a periodic inspection of their written energy control procedures at least annually to protect employees exposed to and amputation hazard on equipment such as but not limited to: a. Edger Equipment Area b. Gang Saw Equipment Area c. Scragg Saw Equipment Area d. Sorter System Equipment Area The Beasley Forest Products, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 966515, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/17/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 712 Uvalda Highway, Hazlehurst, GA 31539.
