29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. On 6/15/17, at the Winder facility, temporary electrical extension cords were being used in lieu of permanent wiring in the following locations: a - Cardboard area b - Milk Pallet Area c - Maintenance Shop Taylor Pallets & Recycling, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 611100, citation number 1, item number 9 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/9/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1030 Bankhead Hwy, Winder, Georgia.
