29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program: a) Plant - On or 05/25/17 and at times prior thereto the employer did not assess the level of noise in the different areas of the plant to determine if a Hearing Conservation Program was required. (Instantaneous readings of 80.4, 80.2, 88.7, 89.1, 88.8, and 87.4 were observed).
