29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program: a) Kumho Tire Georgia, Inc., Macon, GA - In tire inspection area, the TUG line #1 operator was exposed to noise at a time-weighted average of 86.5 dBA, which exceeded the 12 hours shift extended hours action level of 82.1 dBA. Noise monitoring had not been conducted, on or about 3/8/17. b) Kumho Tire Georgia, Inc., Macon, GA - In tire inspection area, the TUG line #1 temporary employee was exposed to noise at a time-weighted average of 85.8 dBA, which exceeded the 12 hours shift extended hours action level of 82.1 dBA. Noise monitoring had not been conducted, on or about 3/8/17.
