29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employees were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) Break Room Exit Door: Employees were not able to open an exit door without special knowledge. The Exit Door had a panic bar and was locked via a thumb latch, on or about 03/22/17. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a REPEAT violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1158756, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/13/16, with respect to a workplace located at 1150 N. McDowell Blvd., Petaluna, CA.
