29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not free and unobstructed. Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: a) Stockroom - On or about November 22, 2016, employees were exposed to entrapment and fire hazards due to an emergency exit route being obstructed by merchandise. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1158861, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/2/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 304 Briarwood Drive, Jackson, MS 39206. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1105836, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/27/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 34300 MS-35, Vaiden, MS 39176.
