29 CFR 1910.1026(k)(1)(i)(B): The employer did not make medical surveillance available at no cost to employees, and at a reasonable time and place, for all employees experiencing signs or symptoms of the adverse health effects associated with chromium (VI) exposure Phos Line; On and at times prior to 9/29/16, an employee that reported symptoms of exposure to chromium VI to a supervisor was not provided with medical surveillance. The reporting occurred as far back as July/August, 2016.
