On June 7, 2016 and at times prior thereto the employer P&IDs for the refrigeration processes at the Tyson Foods facility in Hope, Arkansas were incomplete and/or did not accurately represent the process. a) P&ID HO-13-73-072 is missing critical process information and does not accurately represent the process. b) P&ID HO-13-73-060 does not accurately represent installed equipment. c) P&ID HO-13-73-068 is missing critical process information and drawing continuations. d) P&ID HO-13-73-055 is missing valve identification numbers. e) P&ID HO-13-73-056 is missing drawing continuation identifier. f) P&ID HO-13-73-070 is missing drawing continuations and the relief setting on PSVs. g) P&ID HO-13-73-071 is missing drawing continuations and the relief setting on PSVs. h) P&ID
