29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. a. On or about March 28, 2016 employees were exposed to electrical and fire hazards in the Cabinetry Area where two relocatable power taps were attached to a cabinetry technician's table to provide power to various hand tools including heat guns, glue guns, and routers. b. On or about March 28, 2016 employees were exposed to electrical and fire hazards in the Cabinetry Area where two relocatable power taps were daisy chained to provide receptacles on two sides of a cabinetry technician's table to provide power to various hand tools including heat guns, glue guns, and routers. c. On or about March 28, 2016 employees were exposed to electrical and fire hazards in the Cabinetry Area where the employer provided a metal electrical enclosure in which electric receptacles were installed to provide power to relocatable power taps. The electrical enclosure, designed to be securely fastened in place, was unsecured and lying on the floor. Aeorqeust, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1079951, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on January 27, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Boulderbrook Circle in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
