29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, shall: be rigged such that an employee can neither free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m), nor contact any lower level; (a) Location - 16 Meadowvale Road, Burlington, Massachusetts: On or about March 16, 2016, employees performing roofing activities were using a fall protection system that would not limit the fall distance less than 6 feet.
