Text For Citation: 02 Item/Group: 004 Hazard:
29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. (a) Location - 21 Beach Road, Lynn, MA: On or about December 15, 2015, the employer did not provide a fall training program for employees who would be working at heights greater than 6 feet above a lower level. Continental Construction Group was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 399962, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on March 13, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 62 Park Street, Lynn, Massachusetts.
