29 CFR 1926.417(b): Equipment or circuits that were de-energized were not rendered inoperative or had tags attached at all points where such equipment or circuits could be energized. a) Jobsite: Area 306/307 - An electrical contractor handling an energized electrical tray cable for a new light post installation was exposed to electrical shock hazards as the general contractor did not ensure the cable was de-energized or tagged at the point where the cable could be energized. Noted on or about 11/4/15.
