29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A): The employer did not insure that when an unqualified person is working in an elevated position near overhead lines, the location shall be such that the person and the longest conductive object he or she may contact cannot come closer to any unguarded, energized overhead line within 10 feet for under 50kV, exposing employees to the risk of injuries caused by contacting energized current carrying parts. These may include electric shock, severe burns, and electrocution: The employer did not ensure that employees who worked at elevated positions near 7.2kV overhead lines were positioned such that the persons and conductive objects such as 9.7 to 14.2 feet long steel conduit could not come closer to any unguarded, energized overhead line within 10 feet.
