29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords and cables were used where attached to building surfaces: The employer is failing to protect employees from a an electrical hazard. This was most recently documented at 1329 West Highway 6, Holdrege Nebraska when an extension cord was used to provide power to the relocatable power tap and in turn this relocatable power tap provided power for four Kenex Automatic Leak Tester Serial # GLTM271113. The orange extension cord was attached to the electrical conduit on the wall with zip ties in the Leak Test area of the Front Molding Area.
