29 CFR 1910.23(d)(1)(iii): Stairway(s) less than 44 inches wide having both sides open, did not have one stair railing on each side: a) At the veneer mill rear-dock area: On September 1, 2015, and times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 41 inches, in that a 5-riser stairway with both sides open did not include a stair railing on each side as employees accessed the stairway to report for work and return home.
