29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(2): Each employer who has a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine if any employee may be exposed to lead at or above the action level. a. Kremer's Guns LLC located in Celina, Ohio: The employer did not ensure initial monitoring was conducted to determine employee exposures to lead while performing bi-monthly shooting range cleaning operations. On May 21, 2015, an employee was over exposed to lead at 909 ug/m3 when cleaning the shooting range which exceeded the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 ug/m3 by 1818%. b. Kremer's Guns LLC located in Celina, Ohio: On or about April 22, 2015, the employer did not ensure initial monitoring was conducted to determine employee exposures to lead while performing end of day shooting range cleaning operations. c. Kremer's Guns LLC located in Celina, Ohio: On or about April 22, 2015, the employer did not ensure initial monitoring was conducted to determine employee exposures to lead while performing shell casing sorting operations.
