29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet: A. On or about March 25, 2015 in the Main Shop, near the bay door: Oxygen and acetylene cylinders were not separated by a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a 1/2 hour rated fire wall five feet high. Jarosz Welding Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1910.253(b)(4)(iii)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 568019, serious citation number 1, item number 9 and was affirmed as a final order on December 30, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 544 Ledyard Street, Hartford, Connecticut 06114.
