29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: (a) De-barker - During the period March 6 through March 12, 2015 wood chips and saw dust had accumulated around the de-barker and operators station. (b) Sawmill, East End - During the period March 6 through March 12, 2015 wood chips and saw dust had accumulated near start button for dust chain. (c) Sawmill, East End, South Side - During the period March 6 through March 18, 2015 wood chips and saw dust had accumulated around the tail drum at the lower end of incline dust chain. (d) Back of Sawmill - During the period March 6, 2015 through March 18, 2015 excessive wood chips and saw dusts had accumulated below incline chain.
