29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: a. On or about March 3, 2015, the walkway above the blast freezers was not in good repair in that the fixed steel stairs above the blast freezers had severely corroded frames with open holes in the web of the frame beams, exposing employees to an 11 feet fall hazard.
