29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and/or utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section: a) 128 Highland St. Berlin, MA: On or about January 23, 2015, an employee was performing hydraulic maintenance work on a New Holland LS 170 skid steer and the employer had not developed, documented and/or utilized procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
