29 CFR 1910.410(a)(3): All dive team members were not trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid (American Red Cross standard course or equivalent) is applicable to the Construction Standard 29 CFR 1926.1071 which incorporates the General Industry Requirements: On or about December 18, 2014, at the jobsite, 1 East 11th Street - Slip 3, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404, the employer did not provide members of a dive team who were engaged in underwater diving operation with cardiopulmonary resuscitation training and first aid (American Red Cross standard course or equivalent).
