29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body belt was not located in the center of the wearer's back. The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head. On December 10, 2014, an employee's attachment point was located at the front of the employees harness, exposing the employee to the hazards associated with improper lifeline attachment. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
