29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet (1.22 m) or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides: a. 92 North Main Street, Wharton, NJ - Electrical Storage Area An open sided storage area used by the electricians was not protected by standard guardrails. Employees stored materials on a plywood platform that did not have guardrails to prevent employees falling approximately 12 feet through the ceiling tiles to the office area below. Violation observed on or about January 15, 2015
