29 CFR 1910.1200(h): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and -2 on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced: a) At the recycling facility in Unadilla, GA: On or about November 12, 2014, and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that employees were not trained on the hazards of chemicals not limited to propane, oxygen and acetylene, as employees used such chemicals regularly. Recycling Revolution, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1910.OSHA inspection number 590524, citation number 1, item number 3d, and was affirmed as a final order on December 12, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 4190 Collins Road, Unadilla, GA 31091.
