Text For Citation: 02 Item/Group: 010B Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use: a) At the recycling facility in Unadilla, GA: On or about November 12, 2014, and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that safety data sheets were not accessible in the workplace for chemicals not limited to propane, oxygen and acetylene, as employees used such chemicals regularly. Recycling Revolution, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1910.1200(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 590524, citation number 1, item number 3c, and was affirmed as a final order on December 12, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 4190 Collins Road, Unadilla, GA 31091.
