29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets of other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: On or about 7 November 2014 the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from exposure to electrical hazards whereby a junction box in the staging area near fire extinguisher D 12 was missing a cover exposing live wires exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
