Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the conditions listed below: On July 14, 2007, The Boeing Company, P.O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO 63166 0516, failed to furnish a work place free from recognized hazards at the Slick City ar White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico, in that Boeing sent an employee to work a controlled by the Range and third party contractors without having first develop implemented adequate worksite safety instructions for the Boeing employee's spec Feasible means of abatement may include, but is not limited to, developing, impl and training on appropriate workplace safety instructions applicable to employee The Boeing Company's Small Diameter Bomb Program working in military weapons tes operation which :(a) prohibit such Boeing employee's approach to excavation mach operational; and (b) prior to entry into an excavation, require the Boeing emplo excavating employer's oral acknowledgement that its excavation operations have c all applicable OSHA requirements.nt
