29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee had not received training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: On or about 6/4/2014 at 200 McIntyre Drive, Hartwell, GA: two employees were observed performing maintenance on the "A" line gas charger; the employees were not trained as authorized lockout/tag out employees. Tenneco was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(7)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315740639, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/20/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 200 McIntyre Drive, Hartwell, GA.
