29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: JOB SITE: 1797 Redcoat Drive, Maryland Heights, MO 63043, at this work site, workers were observed on a 4:12 pitch roof, approximately 20 feet 10 inches above next lower level, actively installing new roof shingles, and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard. ADAMS-HOFFMANN ROOFING, INC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard of 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312224736, citation number 1, item 2, issued on 7/03/2008 and was affirmed as a final order date of 7/282008, with respect to a workplace located on LOT #56 Blvd, Hts, Blow Street, St. Louis, MO 63111.
