29 CFR 1910.179(j)(2)(iii): Monthly inspections of hooks, with a certification record which includes the date of inspection, the signature of the person who performed the inspection and the serial number, or other identifier, of the hook inspected, were not performed: a) Northeast Precast LLC.- Throughout the manufacturing area: The employer did not conduct a monthly inspection of the hooks with the required written certification on the 1 P&H 5 Ton crane, 2 P&H 5 Ton crane, DEMAG 20 Ton crane, etc. However the employer conducted a visual inspection on the cranes every three months, no written certification was done. on or about 10/03/2018.
