29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: (a) On August 25th, 2018 and at time prior employees were exposed to impalement hazards from multiple sections of rebar that were not properly protected in the vicinity of 72nd Avenue NW & 38th Street NW in Parshall, North Dakota. NOTE: Montoya Erectors, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection #1302434, citation #1, Item #4, and was affirmed as final order on 6/19/2018, with respect to the workplace located at Family Dollar Project, Rt. 264 Narbona Circle, Window Rock, AZ 86515
