29 CFR 1926.451(e)(6)(vi): Integral prefabricated scaffold access frames being used for access had a spacing greater than 16 3/4 inches. a- 93 Wishing Well Lane, Lot 57 - Block 242.03, Sewell NJ: On or about 08/18/18, company employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 13 feet to the ground surface below when accessing and egressing the working levels of supported and job built scaffolds using end frame openings that exceeded 16 3/4 inches. Guzzo Masonry Contractors, Inc./Guzzo Construction Managers was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1110084, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/21/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 6 Columbus Court, Berlin Township NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
