29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(ii): Flexible cords were not used only in continuous lengths without splice or tap. On or about August 4, 2017: Employees working in the facility and utilizing the tire mount machine, EHP System V, are exposed to electrical shock where the electrical cord was spliced and repaired with tape.
