29 CFR 1910.1026(h)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that employees removed all protective clothing and equipment contaminated with chromium (VI) at the end of the work shift or at the completion of their tasks involving chromium (VI) exposure, whichever came first: Plating Room: On or about February 23, 2016, and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that employees who perform Chromium (VI) electroplating processes removed contaminated personal protective clothing when work was completed, exposing employees to Chromium (VI) hazards from skin contact and inhalation.
