29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cords and cables may not be used where run through holes in walls, ceilings or floors: In the following locations, flexible cords were run through openings in the wall: A. Side Room, Front of Shop: On, or about, November 25, 2014, the power cord provided for Saw #3, a DeWalt Model 7790 radial arm saw, was run through a hole in the wall to an outlet located on the other side. B. Storage Room: On, or about, December 1, 2014, the extension cord that was used to energize the Ariston water heater was run through a hole in the wall.
