29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a. On or about 11/19/2018, the exit route on the southeast corner of the warehouse was blocked by furniture, equipment, and boxes. b. On or about 11/19/2018, there were empty boxes, creating a tripping hazard, on the floor along the exit route at the front entrance, along the west hall. c. On or about 11/19/2018, the exit route along west wall, near the roll up doors for the inventory storage area, was blocked by mattresses. American Freight Furniture and Mattress was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1296083, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 8/20/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2410Erie Boulevard East, Syracuse, NY 13214.
