29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) 3504 Governor Printz Blvd, Wilmington, DE: On or about July 31, 2019, the employer permitted the use of flexible cords as a substitute for fixed wiring to service the Hawker forklift charging station. This exposed employees to potential electrical shock or burns. Central Transport LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1096763, citation number 1, item number 8c and was affirmed as a final order on 01/03/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 540 Gimblin Road, Saint Louis, MO 63147.
