29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 413-415 So Elm St Holyoke, MA: On or about July 31, 2013, several employees were engaged in roofing activities on the roof of this residence more than 20 FT above the ground below without the fall protection required by this subpart: Patrick Kelly Roofing & Siding was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29CFR 1926.501(b) 13, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315515387, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 21, 2011 with respect to a workplace located at 7 Labelle Circle Chicopee, MA: Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
