29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about August 23, 2019, on the west roof edge of a residential structure under construction located at 11707 SW Brighton Falls Drive in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 10 feet - 6 inches when performing roof work on the roof of a residential structure with a 5:12 pitch while not being protected from falling to the lower level. Action Roofing Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1365779, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/23/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2362 S. Ocean Boulevard in Highland Beach, Florida.
