29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: a. On or about May 23rd, 2019, at 4720 Portofino Way, West Palm Beach, FL 33409, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 43 feet to ground level while installing a new residential roof with a 4:12 pitch slope and not attaching life lines to harnesses and to anchor points. REPEAT: Jeff Albert Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1133346, citation number 01, item number 001, with respect to a workplace located at 424 Luna Bella Lanevenetian Bay Apartments, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32170 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/21/2016. REPEAT: Jeff Albert Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1199110, citation number 02, item number 001, with respect to a workplace located at 4917 NW 55th Place Tamarac, FL 33319 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/20/2017.
