29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) On or about February 11, 2019 - 7049 Greenbrier Parkway NW, Madison, AL, employees were exposed to chemical hazards when there had been no hazard communication training or no training that employees remembered when chemicals such as, but not limited to, antifreeze, oil, windshield wiper fluid, and hydraulic fluid were received/stored/picked in the warehouse. Logistics Insight Corporation Inc. dba Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1195736, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/6/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1200 Mason Dixon Lane, Conley, GA.
