29 CFR 1926.59: An employer engaged in construction activities did not comply with the requirements set forth in Part 1910, Section 1200, Hazard Communication: a. On or about July 16, 2018, in the jobsite at Villages of Seloy water and sewer main pipes installation project, the employer failed to provide Hazard Communication training to employees where the company uses hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, "Electrolube" grease, Oatey" clear PVC (glue) cement, Portland cement and Gasoline.
